My work sits around performance, energy and emotion — not just taking photos. I'm drawn to environments where there's community, adrenaline, pressure, intensity and grit. Or some form of story to document and tell.
Hyrox, hybrid events, fitness, combat sports. Fast-moving, fast-paced events where people are pushing themselves. I aim to make images that feel cinematic, real, energetic and emotionally connected to whatever I'm capturing.
I want my photos to reconnect you with the event years later — not just look good on social. To take you back to the moment as it actually happened.
From Oulton Park to the Hyrox floor — twenty years pointing a camera at people who push themselves.
I've loved taking photos since I was a kid. I remember finding huge enjoyment in trying to shoot motorbike riders at the British Superbikes with my dad at Oulton Park. I was more fascinated by the photographers and their cameras than the bikes themselves.
Photography, for me, is about showing people something powerful about themselves they don't normally get to see. My background in coaching helps me understand the energy of what I'm shooting — I can sense what's important, and the moments that matter.
I don't create fake moments or overly polished perfection. I document what's honest and more alive than a posed photo. Natural expressions, real emotion, the second before or after the cliché shot.
If you're an athlete, a brand, or someone building something for themselves — I want your photos to make you feel like the best version of yourself.
